Things to remember about drinking water!!

  1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  2. Remember 1 glasss is equal to 8 ounces or 1 cup of water.
  3. Take the challenge to eliminate other drinks and consume more water daily.
  4. Nothing you drink can ever replace water.
  5. Forgo soda, coffee, tea, juice and energy drinks and replace with water.
  6. If you don't lik the taste of water try the following.
    • Add lemon juice/fresh lemon
    • Fresh orange slices
    • Fresh fruit like kiwi, strawberry etc
    • Pack a lot of ice
    • Drink from a straw
    • Keep a cold bottle at your desk
    • Keep a cold bottle in your car
  7. You body and your bladder will thank you!!
