Things to remember about drinking water!!
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Remember 1 glasss is equal to 8 ounces or 1 cup of water.
- Take the challenge to eliminate other drinks and consume more water daily.
- Nothing you drink can ever replace water.
- Forgo soda, coffee, tea, juice and energy drinks and replace with water.
- If you don't lik the taste of water try the following.
- Add lemon juice/fresh lemon
- Fresh orange slices
- Fresh fruit like kiwi, strawberry etc
- Pack a lot of ice
- Drink from a straw
- Keep a cold bottle at your desk
- Keep a cold bottle in your car
- You body and your bladder will thank you!!
