Things to remember about eating all meals before 6 pm.

  1. Studies shows that people who eat dinner after 6 pm increase their chances of becoming overweitht.
  2. Eating after 6 pm does not allow your food to digest properly and increases your chances of weight gain which leads to
    • Obesity
    • Heart Disease
    • High Blood Pressure
    • Diabetes
  3. Eat healthy snacks like berries, nuts or fresh vegetables after 6 pm.
