Things to remember about walking for your exercise!!
- Walking is one of the simplest ways to exercise.
- Check with your doctor before starting any exercise regimen.
- Walk in your house, bedroom, TV room on a treadmill for your daily exercise.
- Walk for 20-30 minutes and increase to 40-60 minutes.
- As you get stronger try the stepper, elipitical machine or jogging.
- You can burn a lot of calories and cover miles while walking on treadmill and eliptical machines with inclines (elevations).
- You can burn almost 300 calories and walk almost 3 miles in 35 miniutes on the elipitcal machine.
