Things to remember about walking for your exercise!!

  1. Walking is one of the simplest ways to exercise.
  2. Check with your doctor before starting any exercise regimen.
  3. Walk in your house, bedroom, TV room on a treadmill for your daily exercise.
  4. Walk for 20-30 minutes and increase to 40-60 minutes.
  5. As you get stronger try the stepper, elipitical machine or jogging.
  6. You can burn a lot of calories and cover miles while walking on treadmill and eliptical machines with inclines (elevations).
  7. You can burn almost 300 calories and walk almost 3 miles in 35 miniutes on the elipitcal machine.
